Johnson, 22, of Easton was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Alexander D. Peterson, 22, of Anoka was convicted of speeding; fined $225. ALso convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200.

Failure to stop at stop lines or stop signs at entrance to thru highway — Cade D. Hotzler, 18, of Truman; fined $135.

No Minnesota drivers license — Isabel Perez, 42, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Robert J. Williams, 50, of Adrian was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $685, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 19 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, successfully complete all treatment programming with New Life and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, maintain full-time employment to best of ability, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
