Bray III, 22, of Fairmont, was convicted of damage to property-fourth degree-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $324, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 46 days for one year, credit for time served 44 days, supervised probation one year, pay restitution in the amount of $224.00, once paid in full, probation may discharge on this file, remain law-abiding, have no further violations of the law, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence,, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State. Received additional charges of obstruct legal process-interfere w/ peace officer, and domestic abuse-violate order for protection misdemeanor; dismissed.

Raymond L. Daniel, 56, of Fairmont, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Diaz, 24, of Fairmont, was convicted of traffic-third-degree driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 364 days for two years, unsupervised probation one year, no misdemeanor violations or greater, complete comprehensive assessment, file proof of completion with the Court, attend MADD Impact Panel, file proof of completion with the Court, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing if requested by law enforcement. Maggie E. Sanders, 45, of Fairmont, was convicted of tamper with motor vehicle/enter w/o owner permission; fined $75, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Dustin A. Sweeney, 42, of Dunnell, was convicted of trespass-occupy/enter dwelling/locked/posted build; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar offenses, no trespassing at building where trespass occurred.

James J. Bray III, 22, of Fairmont, was convicted of assault-fourth degree-peace officer-physically assaults; fined $75, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 320 days for two years, credit for time served 44 days, supervised probation two years, complete diagnostic assessment, complete a diagnostic psychological assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, submit to random testing at the request of probation agent or law enforcement, complete comprehensive assessment, if any use of alcohol or mood-altering drugs occurs during probation, complete a Comprehensive CD Assessment and follow all recommendations as directed by Agent, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, cognitive skill training, work on cognitive skills with agent as directed, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the State, remain law-abiding, have no further violations of the law.
