Benjie Rosit, 44, of Fairmont, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Received an additional change of no proof mv insurance; dismissed.

Speeding — Hunter C. Schmidtke, 23, of Trimont; fined $125.

Martina L. Simon, 25, of Austin, was convicted of speeding; fined $210, sentenced to jail 10 days, stay 10 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no traffic offenses of a misdemeanor level or greater.
