Oscar G. Rodriguez Espinosa, 33, of Blue Earth, was convicted of traffic-careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $760, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, no same or similar, pay restitution. Received additional charges of traffic collision-collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police, and driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle; dismissed.

James M. Kratz, 32, of Alden, received a stay of adjudication for disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $300, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, supervised probation one year, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, no same or similar, anger management, complete eight hour anger management course, cognitive skill training, complete as deemed appropriate by agent.

Nicholas L. Tuttle, 43, of Thompson, Iowa, was convicted of possess ammo/any firearm-previous felony conviction; fined $160, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 359 days for two years, credit for time served five days, sentenced to service 40 hours for indeterminate, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited to law, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, comply with firearms transfer order, surrender any remaining firearms to law enforcement, provide a valid prescription to probation of medical marijuana prescription, cognitive skill training, complete as deemed appropriate by agent. Received additional charges of terroristic threats-cause or attempt cause terror, and terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; dismissed.

Brayden L. Hilpipre, 20, of Wells, was convicted of open bottle in mv (consume); fined $260. Received additional charges of under 21 drinking and driving, and liquor-consumption by persons under 21; dismissed.

Aaron A. Olseth, 48, of Wells, received a stay of adjudication for disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $175, unsupervised monitoring without adjudication one year, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.

Jorge Torres Jr., 48, of Winnebago, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260. Received an additional charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt, interfere, impede, disrupt 911 call; dismissed.
