Jordy E. Schultz, 43, of Lake Crystal, was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent; fined $75, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, supervised probation one year, do not enter additional locations, cognitive skill training as recommended by probation agent, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, to be joint and several with 22-CR-26-49.

Kelly R. Dyslin, 48, of Bricelyn, was convicted of counterfeit check; fined $502.84, unsupervised probation six months, pay restitution, $267.84.

Mark W. Sprecher, 59, of Scarville, Iowa, was convicted of traffic-driving while impaired-fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, supervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
