Hannah E. Robert L. Schroepfer, 37, of Fairmont received an amended decision on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $41.48, restitution $41.48, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no same or similar.
Brekka M.
