Gustavo Reyes Regidor, 43, of Fairmont, was convcted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 30 days for one year, sentenced to service 40 hours for indeterminate, defendant shall serve 60 days in jail in two separate segments, the defendant shall report on or before June 5, 2026 by 5 p.m. to serve 30 days in jail for the first segment, defendant may work STS and have Work Release if he meets the jail’s qualifications, the defendant shall report on or before Sept. 5, 2026 by 5 p.m. to serve 30 days in jail for the second segment, defendant may work STS and have Work Release if he meets the jail’s qualifications, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar offenses.
