Travis P. Hatfield, 44, of Fairmont, was convicted of domestic abuse no contact order-violate no contact order-misdemeanor; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, remain law-abiding, no same or similar offenses, contact with the victim should be limited to the terms of the marital dissolution.

Isaac D. Knight, 49, of Fairmont, was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent; fined $108.24, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar offenses, pay restitution in the amount of $23.24, within 60 days.

Kyle J. Kutnink, 34, of Fairmont, was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Driving after revocation — Luis R. Rodriguez Burgos, 31, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Ayden M. Gullord, 18, of Fairmont, was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of use-possess-or transport cannabis or hemp products under 21 years of age; fined $100. Received additional charges of window tint-less than 50 percent light transmittance, and cannabis open package-owner/driver-packaging opened or seal has been broken; dismissed.

Seat belt required-driver and passengers must use — David D. Werner, 41, of Lennox, S.D.; fined $110.
