Gomez, 31, of Fairmont, was convicted of traffic-driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; fined $100, sentenced to jail 11 days, credit for time served 11 days. Received additional charges of traffic-driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, driver must carry proof of insurance when operating vehicle, and keep to the right; dismissed.
Speeding — Jessica A. Heinlein, 45, of Tacoma, Wash.; fined $125.
Luis R. Rodriguez Burgos, 31, of Fairmont, was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar. Received additional charges of drugs-fifth degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4, or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp, and uninsured vehicle-driver violation; dismissed.
