Samantha E. Gunhammer, 33, of Hollendale received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $660, sentenced to jail 21 days, credit for time served 21 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, attend probation agent meeting in-person at 10 a.m. on 8/10/22, complete comprehensive chemical assessment and follow all recommendations for care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
Brayden W. Woodworth, 29, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served two days, serve as work release if eligible, Huber is granted if eligible, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, were both dismissed.
Terry W. Jaeger, 60, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, complete the comprehensive chemical assessment filed with the court, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel.
Cesar L. Vinales Melendez, 42, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.
Krystal A. Weide, 29, of Hampton, Iowa was convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 8 and under 57 inches tall; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
