Jason A. Cramer, 35, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1000; fined $5,585, restitution $5,000, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 60 days, serve as work release if eligible, may served 30 days of EHM and should be placed on before 11/15/21, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, pay restitution at time of sentencing, cognitive skill training as directed by supervising agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, maintain a valid MN marijuana card, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of third-degree burglary was dismissed.

Fausch, 23, of Red Wing received an amended court decision on a charge of trespass-occupy or enter dwelling of locked or posted building; attend 90 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in 90 days and provide verification to agent, obtain a sponsor and sign a release, do weekly individual therapy with therapist Kris Shoen, cooperate with drug testing as directed. Hines, 29, of Alpha was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.
Ieyonna M. Smith, 21, of Minneapolis was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.
Denetrius D. Washington, 44, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $75, sentenced to jail 73 days, credit for time served 73 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, mental health evaluation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, was dismissed.
