No Minnesota drivers license — Andres Molina Dorta, 31, of Armstrong, Iowa; fined $215.
Driving after revocation — Colby J. Beck, 27, of Elmore; fined $315.
George A Perez, 34, of Owatonna received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $275, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, three months unsupervised probation, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar. Additional charges of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 emergency telephone call, and tamper with motor vehicle-ride in or on without owner permission, were both dismissed.
Crystal Elizabeth F. Sell, 43, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, complete domestic abuse program as approved by agent, can receive credit against fine for out-of-pocket expenses, complete booking, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.
Michael J. Spagnuolo, 39, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm; fined $200, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, six months supervised probation, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as approved by agent, can credit out-of-pocket expenses against fine, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
Corey R. Bishop, 33, of Winnebago was convicted of motor vehicle noise limits; fined $135. Also convicted of fail to signal for turn; fined $50.
Ernesto Guerra, 51, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $315. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200.
