Weber, 43, of Northrop, was convicted of domestic assault-gm-subsequent violation; fined $160, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 360 days for two years, credit for time served four days, supervised probation two years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, domestic abuse counseling/treatment, pay for, participate in, and successfully complete a domestic violence program and follow all recommendations, domestic no contact (DANCO), no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing if requested by probation or law enforcement, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, remain law-abiding, have no further violations of the law, cognitive skill training, work on cognitive skills with agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state. Received an additional charge of domestic assault-gm-subsequent violation; dismissed.
