Driving after suspension — Jason A. Matejka, 52, of Welcome; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Antwon E. Stevenson, 26, of Ceylon; fined $285. Dustin A. Hagen, 21, of Welcome; fined $185.

Daniel R. Conn, 57, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,075, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, comply with all mental health recommendations for care and aftercare, complete chemical assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Dustin J. Wickert, 40, of Granada was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $485, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, attend individual therapy at least one time monthly as directed with a licensed therapist and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, do not demonstrate any type of threatening, harassing, violent or assaultive behavior toward any person, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Two additional felony charges of first-degree burglary-assault person in building on property, domestic assault by strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of interrupt/impede/disrupt/interfere with 911 emergency call or communication, were all dismissed.

Vicente Garcia, 36, of Denver, Colo. was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.
