Driving without a valid driver’s license for vehicle class or type — Alfredo Mejias Sanes, 30, of Albert Lea; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Jennifer C. VonBank, 28, of Granada; fined $285.

CMV violation-cargo securement-fail to prevent load of load by leaking, spilling, blowing or falling — Bradley S. Marburger, 27, of Imboden, Ark.; fined $385.

Judd D. Wrucke, 39, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, submit to random searches, complete diagnostic assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, no same or similar, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Kevin H. Portillo, 21, of Montgomery was convicted of over legal table weight; fined $985. Also convicted of gross weight exceeds registered limit; fined $900.

Blessing J. Reynolds, 27, of St. James received a stay of adjudication on a charge of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Additional charge of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed was dismissed.

Daniel T. Lamont, 36, of Truman had a charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no new convictions for assaultive behavior.
