Thankful for generosity To the Editor: I moved to Minnesota in January of 2022 with expectations that were clearly just in my head. Shortly after moving here, reality set in and I found myself and my 12-year-old son in a not so good situation. My employer gave me the name and number to The Shepherd’s In. I called Curt Moeckel and he has been helpful in so many ways. He helped me get moved from Welcome to Fairmont. Threshing Day successful To the Editor: Threshing Day 2022 at Heritage Acres in Fairmont was a very successful day with perhaps the best attendance the event has ever had. It was a great day for honoring three of our founding members who passed away: Lola Talledge, John Hilgendorf, and Ted Kittleson.
