TRUMAN — Time to enjoy AJ’s onion rings from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. this Saturday, April 20, at T-Town Tinker and Towing along Highway 15.

Truman Lions Club burger bash will be held 5-7 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at the Truman Community Building. Enjoy a delicious hamburger, condiments, chips, beans and a beverage. Take-outs are available. A bake sale will also be held. Donated baked goods can be dropped off at the community building starting at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Pool passes will be available for purchase. All proceeds will be donated to the Truman Pool for benches and chairs.

Lewisville Legion Auxiliary chicken supper will be held 5-6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at the Lewisville Legion. Adults are $12 and children, ages 1-9, is $8.

Just a reminder that your sump pump should be routed to the lawn or storm sewer.

There is no school on Monday, April 22 for Truman High School students.

Parent/teacher conferences will be held 1-7 p.m. Monday, April 22 at the school.

All friends and relatives are invited to a bridal shower for Rachael Sauck, bride-to-be of Chandler Greier, from 9-11 a.m. on May 4 at the Truman Community Building. The couple is registered at Amazon, Crate & Barrel and Sterling Drug.
