SJV for free meal

St. John Vianney (SJV) Catholic Church in Fairmont will serve a free meal at 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 19. If you are unable to join due to a lack of transportation, call (507) 235- 2451 by noon on Friday, April 17, to make arrangements.

Fairmont Rotary to meet

BEVQ to meet

The Blue Earth Valley Quilters (BEVQ) will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 20, at the Blue Earth Area High School Media Center. The meeting will begin with introductions and show and tell. Karri Harvey of Mankato will be demonstrating how to make jelly roll rugs. The Barn Star quilt-along group will show its progress. To encourage quilters to learn new techniques and finish those half-done projects, we will continue with the Bingo Card Challenge. Remember to bring your Bingo card or get one from Linda.
