Class of 1960 to meet

Fairmont High School class of 1960, spouses and friends, will meet for lunch 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, at the Pizza Ranch in Fairmont. All classmates are encouraged to attend.

CER to offer community activities

Fairmont Community Education & Recreation (CER) will offer two community activities next week. First, Saturday boys basketball for ages 4 through kindergarten, will be held 9-9:45 a.m. Saturdays, Jan. 8, 15, 22, and 29 at Fairmont Elementary School, 714 Victoria St. in Fairmont. Fee is $34. Also, Saturday boys basketball for grades 1-3, will be held 10-11 a.m. Saturdays, Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb. 5, 12, at Fairmont Elementary School, 714 Victoria St. in Fairmont. The fee is $43.
