Tyler J. Stallman, 39, of Blue Earth; fined $225.

Seat belt required-driver and passengers must use — Lucas T. Chladek, 41, of Blooming Prairie; fined $110.

Disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting — Manuel Gauna, 30, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Michael J. Hueper, 45, of Minnesota Lake received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault; fined $175, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, six months supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no assault or disorderly conduct, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Bland, 69, of St. Paul was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served four days, serve remaining jail on EHM with alcohol sensoring at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Jennifer L. Schmidt, 51, of Winnebago was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 8 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Elias Rutto, 33, of Pullman, Wash was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of non-emergency stop on freeway; fined $40.

Timothy J. Short Bull, 40, of Welsh, S.D. was convicted on two separate charges of no Minnesota registration (after 60 days residency); fined $185 for the first offense and $100 for the second count.
