Bruce R. Grotte, 68, of Fairmont was convicted of overwork/mistreat animals-torture; fined $50, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Jodie J. Lamack, 38, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after revocation; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, obtain valid drivers license, no same or similar.
Derek J. Shumski, 39, of Granada was convicted of unreasonable acceleration; fined $125. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Dustin J. Wickert, 41, of Granada received an amended court decision on a charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation; reinstate all original terms and conditions of probation, complete comprehensive assessment if recommended by probation agent.
