Speeding — Sophia G. Venables, 23, of Mill Valley, Calif.; fined $135.

Theodore J. Brown, 17, West Hartford, Conn.; Collin F. Rohr, 21, of Springboro, Ohio; each fined $145.

Chad E. Whelan, 33, of Bricelyn was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of motor vehicle registration-intent to escape tax, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were both dismissed.

Dylan M. Doyen, 19, of Good Thunder received a stay of adjudication on a charge of underage drinking and driving; fined $300, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed.

Alfredo J. Collins, 37, of Lafayette received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of receiving stolen property; fined $1,160, sentenced to jail 69 days, credit for time served 69 days, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved and remain open for 30 days, contact Faribault County DOC within two days of sentencing to arrange transfer, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Juan C. Serrano Diaz, 30, of St. James was convicted of fail to drive with due care; fined $125. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Lance M. Utz, 37, of Janesville had a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct. Also had a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assault, no disorderly conduct.

Jaime L. Fiacco, 26, of Winnebago was convicted of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; fined $75, sentenced to jail seven days, credit for time served seven days. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Robert Martinez Moreno, 58, of Winnebago had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
