Jeffery A. Worthen, 40, of Wells; Nicole M. Moe, 37, of Ankeny, Iowa; each fined $145.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Oscar Mauricio, 47, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

No Minnesota drivers license — Anna A. Alekseeva, 34, of Carteret, N.J.; fined $185.

Caleb A. Blekestad, 22, of Winnebago received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana with no remuneration; fined $1,160, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, provide verification of medical THC, follow all recommendations of completed chemical use assessment, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, do not register to vote or vote until discharged from, probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of driving after suspension, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, and speeding, were all dismissed.

Abbey E. Goodman, 19, of Rochester was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of move over violation-two lanes in same direction; fined $50.
