Tony A. Driehorst, 38, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly violates registration requirement or intentionally provides false information; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 36 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served three days, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of predatory offender-knowingly violates registration requirement or intentionally provides false information, predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement, and predatory offender-fails to mail verification form within 10 days or report during month of birth, were all dismissed.

Erica J. Geurtz, 34, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of aiding and abetting first-degree assault-great bodily harm; fined $1,685, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 86 months, stayed for 10 years, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served seven days, serve as work release if eligible, granted Huber work release if meets jail requirements, granted STS if meets jail requirements, 10 years supervised probation, complete outpatient programming and abide by all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, enter into and participate in counseling as directed by agent, complete a psychological evaluation as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, have no assaultive behaviors, threats or acts of intimidation, restitution reserved, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of first-degree attempted aggravated robbery, aiding and abetting first-degree attempted aggravated robbery, third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm, aiding and abetting third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm, were all dismissed.

Ethan J. Keck, 25, of St. Edward, Neb. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no traffic-related charges.

Walter J. Fuller, 27, of Trimont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. ALso convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Tucker C. May, 20, of Truman was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.
