Failure to obey traffic signs on controlled access highway — Jasmin B. Sifuentes, 19, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene — Rosa E. Cordova, 45, of Fairmont, Minn.; fined $185. Sentenced to 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, with the exception of prescribed medications, no same or similar, remain compliant on medication.

Dog/cat at large-second & subsequent offense — Roman J. Banda, 29, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Nuisances prohibited/barking dog — Jose R. Rojas, 24, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Antwon E. Stevenson, 26, of Saint Paul was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, and window restrictions-tint to dark; fined $50.

Brady N. Malliet, 42, of Jackson was convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $185. Also convicted of no insurance owner; fined $200.

Kevin A. Hoiland, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Sentenced to five days stay five days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of driver approaching intersection fails to yield right of way; fined $40.

Mathew F. Overby, 33, of Armstrong, Iowa, was convicted of felony fifth-degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not small amount marijuana; fined $210. Sentenced to MN Correctional facility, St. Cloud, 12 months one day, give a DNA sample when directed. An additional charge of DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana was dismissed.

Paola Andrea Z. Urrutia, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of two charges of obstruct legal process-lawful execution legal process; fined $285 and $175 consecutively. Sentenced, for each charge, to jail 90 days stay 90 days for two year, two years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Lauren E. Johnson, 18, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of receiving stolen priority; fined $1,160. Sentenced to jail four days credit for time served: four days, five years supervised probation, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, make monthly payments toward restitution in an amount to be determined by the court, participate in individual counseling, obtain employment, or remain a full-time student, pay restitution 30 days to file any objection of restitution to be claimed-be jointly and severally liable for restitution of $29,752.00 with codefendant in file 46-JV-21-33.

Angel Anna L. Thate,20, of Mancos, Colo., was convicted of third-degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $885. Sentenced to 365 days, stay 360 days for two years, credit for timed served: five days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD Impact Panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation officer as directed, tell probation officer within 72 hours if have contact with law enforcement, tell probation officer within 72 hours if are charged with any new crime, tell probation officer within 72 hours if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property and things as directed by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, work with probation on transferring probation to Colo., remain law-abiding. Additional charges of third-degree DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol and open bottle law; possession; crime described, were both dismissed.
