Layne P. Boettcher, 30, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as required by search warrant; fined $945, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, contact probation agent as directed, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Nicole L. Eisenmenger, 31, of Paynesville was convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, follow all recommendations of Serenity Path chemical dependency program, complete domestic abuse program as required by Minnesota statute, can credit fine towards out-of-pocket expenses, no contact with victim(s), no violations of an Order for Protection and do not violate any Domestic No Contact orders, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing.

Lauren E. Johnson, 18, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation agent as directed, make contact with therapist and continue with individual therapy until discharged, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 emergency communications call was dismissed.

Antonio S. Cavalar, 38, of Federal Heights, Colo. received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, and use of a wireless communications device, were both dismissed.

Austin M. Reichert, 22, of Muscatine, Iowa was convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk was dismissed.

Peggy A. Johnson, 43, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $200, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.
