Latell J. Chaney Jr., 19, of Fairmont was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, open bottle law-possession, and underage drinking and driving, were all dismissed.
Gildardo Gonzalez Jr., 30, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 18 days, credit for time served 18 days.
Rachel Regina C. Mortenson, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highway; fined $100.
Terno Q. Narruhn, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
