Melissa C. Clark, 27, of Truman was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of white light shown to the rear; fined $50.

Jason A. Roe, 43, of Albert Lea was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $591.72, restitution $591.72, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 342 days for two years, credit for time served 23 days, two years unsupervised probation, pay restitution, have no open checking accounts unless approved by supervising agent, no same or similar. Additional charge of issue dishonored check-value not more than $250 was dismissed.

Humberto Sauceda, 49, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of junk violation-other than weeds and grass; one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, clean property and maintain it, no same or similar. Additional charge of solid waste collection/storage was dismissed.

Heather M. Schulz, 33, of Algona, Iowa was convicted of second-degree of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served four days, serve remaining 26 days with electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, work release approved if eligible, two years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, attend MADD impact panel, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of second-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and issue dishonored check-value not more than $250, were both dismissed.

Michelle E. Tubbs, 51, of Fairmont had a charge of trespass on premises of another-refuse to depart continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, don’t return to the property where trespass occurred, no same or similar. Also had a charge of obstruct legal process-lawful execution of legal process continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, don’t return to the property where trespass occurred, no same or similar.

Avory J. Vleiger, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $185. Also convicted of violation of motorcycle instruction permit-driving without protective headgear; fined $50.
