Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Dale R. Dailey II, 32, of Granada; fined $135.

Uninsured vehicle-driver violation — Casi L. Fuchs, 40, of Conway, Ark.; fined $285.

Daniel L. Stanton, 46, of Dunnell was convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, if recommended by probation complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, cooperate with any post-sentence investigation that probation may require, no assault or assaultive behavior, no disorderly conduct or disorderly behavior, complete domestic abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Additional felony charge of domestic assault-by strangulation was dismissed.

Analisa I. Trevino, 22, of Jackson was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for six months, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
