Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Evelio T. Perez, 20, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — William J. Terhurne, 46, of Easton; Michael W. Osmundsen, 42, of Blue Earth; each fined $285.

Casi L. Fuchs, 40, of Conway, Ark. was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285. Also convicted of headlamps required on all motor vehicles (except motorcycles); fined $40.

Kristina M. Meyers, 48, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of comprehensive assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, may serve patrons at Alcoholic Joe’s alcoholic beverages as part of employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. An additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.

Angela L. Conway, 48, of Waseca was convicted of driver fails to yield right-of-way to emergency vehicle; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40. Additional charges of wireless communications device-access video content/images/games/ software applications, and following vehicle more closely than reasonable and prudent, were both dismissed.

Jedediah J. Hacker, 45, of Welcome was convicted of general windshield prohibitions-no objects suspended between driver and windshield; fined $125. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Brett D. Hawkins, 27, of Superior, Wis. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault; fined $175, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, one year Domestic No Contact (DANCO), remain law-abiding, no contact with victim(s). Additional charges of domestic assault and disorderly conduct, were both dismissed.

Nakoya J. Greene, 22, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days

Allen F. Dammann II, 38, of Mapleton was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $660, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 353 days for two years, credit for time served 11 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, enter and complete treatment court in Le Sueur County, sign all releases required by the program and participate in all required assessments and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of vehicle load not secured properly-leaking, dropping, blowing on road was dismissed.

Dmitri J. Knoll, 25, of Wells was convicted of motor vehicle title-fail to mail or deliver certificate of title to department within specified timeframes; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $185. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100.
