Encarnacion Perez Perez, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $315. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200. Also convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways; fined $100.

Speeding — Wilson A. Cardona Ramirez, 31, of Ann Arbor, Mich.; fined $285.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Selvin Z. Oliva Alvarado, 32, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — John J. Stucki, 31, of Bricelyn; fined $285.

Benjamin E. Isenberg, 45, of Mankato was convicted on a felony charge of first-degree controlled substance possession-50 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine; fined $1,160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 95 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 180 days, credit for time served 116 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of the comprehensive assessment dated 4/3/24 including aftercare, enter and successfully complete Drug Court and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing at the request of probation and/or law enforcement, complete a cognitive-based program as directed by supervising agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also convicted of obscene material-sell/print/offer/give away/circulate/publish/distribute; fined $460, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 184 days for one year, credit for time served 116 days, one year unsupervised probation, can be discharged from probation upon completion of jail sentence. Additional charges of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances, and fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, were both dismissed.
