Failure of driver approaching intersection to yield right-of-way — Eduardo O. Amaro, 18, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highway — Alex M. Anderson, 24, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven — Jessica J. Godwin, 46, of Dunnell; fined $185.

Uninsured vehicle-driver violation — Steven A. Persinger, 33, of Truman; fined $285.

Ruth E. Heater, 66, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of threats of violence; fined $585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 36 days, credit for time served 36 days, five years supervised probation, no threats of violence, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment including care and aftercare, complete program at Restoration Counseling and Community Services of Minneapolis beginning 12/31/19, MCSO to transport directly from jail, follow all recommendations of care and aftercare with regards to mental health, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide proof of all prescribed medications to supervising agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, and domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another, were both dismissed.

Patrick E. Bettin, 19, of Fairmont was driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of driving after suspension was dismissed.

Janet C. Brown, 67, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $200, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing.

Anthony A. Kamish, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.
