Exceed speed in special zone set by Commissioner — Benjamin B. Johnson, 22, of Walnut Grove; fined $135.

Improperly worn seat belt — Adem C. Leach, 41, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Accumulation of garbage/rubbish — Johnny M. Lingl, 43, of Sherburn; fined $185.

Heath T. Munich, 41, of Welcome was convicted of Accumulation of garbage/rubbish; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Russell J. Osmundsen, 50, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-significant relationship-victim under 16 years of age; fined $2,000, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 14 days, serve as work release if eligible, 25 years supervised probation, psychological- sexual evaluation, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no contact with victim(s), no contact with persons under 18 without approval from agent, refrain from purchasing or allowing sexually explicit materials in residence, refrain from entering establishments that has sexual entertainment as its business or purpose, must not access sex/chat/social websites without approval of agent, submit to polygraph exams as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of second-degree criminal sex conduct-victim under 13, actor over 36 was dismissed.

Sandra L. Soto Guerra, 38, of Austin was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of improper change of course or fail to signal lane change; fined $50.

Jorge Rodriguez, 22, of (no address given) was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license or vehicle class/type; fined $185.

Ridge P. Larson, 21, of Truman was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and drive over/through/around barricade on highway, were both dismissed.
