Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Aaron M. Thompson, 22, of Waterville; fined $110.

Jesse J. Windt, 38, of Trimont was convicted of possess ammunition or any firearm-disqualified under Minnesota statutes; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served 15 days, serve as work release of eligible, two years supervised probation, meet with probation agent following sentencing to complete Interstate Compact paperwork, complete chemical use assessment and follow all recommendations if any use occurs, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served 15 days, serve as work release of eligible, one year supervised probation, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO), meet with probation agent following sentencing to complete Interstate Compact paperwork, successfully complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention program and pay for fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. One additional felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-force or coercion, and a additional misdemeanor charge of domestic assaults-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm, were both dismissed.

Diamond Kyra-Simone Syas, 21, of St. Paul received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of wrongfully obtaining assistance-theft by false statements, concealment and impersonation; fined $6,725, restitution $6,650, five year supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, pay restitution by monthly payments, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of perjury-in any writing under oath was dismissed.
