Skalicky, 59, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of counterfeiting of currency; fined $275, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cooperate with MCHS referrals and follow all recommendations, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Jordan L. Selnes, 26, of Truman was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served one day, serve balance of 29 days on home detention/electronic monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, restitution reserved, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of third-degree operate vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Chance D. Wohlers, 32, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $425, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete diagnostic assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt, interfere, impede or disrupt 911 call was dismissed.

Theron D. Ibarra, 37, of Trimont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of display license plate-obscured plate violation; fined $30. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Daniel J. Granillo, 34, of Austin, Texas was convicted of excessive speeding in work zone; fined $385. Also convicted of unsafe passing on shoulder; fined $50.
