Possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession — Derek A. Christensen, 18, of Wells; fined $135.

Instruction permit violations-persons 18 years or older — Kyaw Lwin, 49, of Albert Lea; fined $135.

Failure of driver to stop for stop sign — Terry D. Meschke, 43, of Wells; fined $135.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Danielle N. Dahlsten, 31, of Mankato; fined $135.

CMV-motor carrier-driver not physically qualified per subpart E Phy Quals and E — Tim A. Anderson, 58, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Vicki A. Bahr, 51, of Inver Grove Heights was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Ravindra A. Hollman, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of open bottle law violation was dismissed.

Ryan D. Kumm, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors, driving after revocation, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Kevin J. Weiss, 26, of Waite Park was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage; fined $285, sentenced to jail 36 days, credit for time served 36 days.

Allen R. Nash, 45, of Easton was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, restitution reserved, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.
