Dumping in street — Teayona K. Oulman, 26, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Dog at large-first offense — Michelle L. Rasche, 39, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Underage alcohol consumption — Holly C. Petrowiak, 19, of Fairmont; Wyatt J. Quiring, 18, of Fairmont; each fined $185.

Jacob R. King, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served six days, five years supervised probation, concurrent with another case, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, update chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Additional charges of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Jeffrey L. Kreutz, 50, of Owatonna had a charge of driver over, through or around barricade on highway continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Norman C. McCloy, 39, of Rochester was convicted of giving peace officer false name of another person; fined $399.74, restitution $214.74, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent was dismissed.

Toby J. Paradis, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 348 days for two years, credit for time served 17 days, two years supervised probation, remain law-abiding, complete chemical dependency programming currently attending House of Hope Halfway House and follow all aftercare recommendations, continue to address mental health needs as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign releases of information as directed, don’t ship, transport, possess or receive firearms or ammunition.

Tori Elizabeth J. Quade, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, report to agent as directed, advise agent prior to changing employment and/or residence, cooperate and be truthful with agent in all matters, notify agent if arrested and/or issued a summons, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, sign releases of information as directed.
