Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene — Shawn R. Jensen, 43, of Wells; fined $185.

Expired driver’s license-under 21 — Sara J. Ellingson, 35, of Wells; fined $185.

Donna B. Nichols, 57, of Winnebago was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, within 45 days, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no same similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information as directed. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor, possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were all dismissed

McKayla A. Rathai, 28, of Wells received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 14 days, credit for time served 14 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for 180 days, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of the assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign all releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, was dismissed.

Daniel Todorovic, 30, of Newport News, Va. was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/ noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charges of third-degree damage to property, and domestic assault, were both dismissed.

Bobbie Jo Neubauer, 31, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.

Jairo U. Regalado-Dubon, 29, of Waldorf was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class/type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140. Additional charges of uninsured vehicle-driver violation, false claim of vehicle insurance, and general windshield prohibitions-no objects suspended between driver and windshield, were all dismissed.
