Joseph J. Anderson, 40, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $500, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, pay costs, begin individual therapy and follow recommendations, credit out of pocket expenses for therapy towards fine.

Brian Chapek, 50, of Albert Lea was convicted of issue dishonored check-value not more than $250; fined $320.84, restitution $140.84, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 85 days for one year, credit for time served five days, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $126, restitution $126, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Roxann M. Dafoe, 57, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
