Chenoa S. Wright, 28, of Blue Earth; fined $225.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Conrad Bester, 38, of Ledyard, Iowa; Patrick A. Murphy, 56, of Blue Earth; each fined $110.

Owner allows illegal operation — Jenny R. Goodrick, 46, of Goodland, Kan.; fined $185.

Ravindra A. Hollman, 37, of Blue Earth was convicted of giving peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card; fined $285. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Christopher J. Koch, 31, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served one day, can serve on home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for 180 days, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment recently completed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed. Additional charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Rory J. Anderson, 44, of Frost was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Mauricio Guerra, 43, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.

Eric V. Zuehlke, 30, of Wells had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no same or similar, no disorderly or assaultive behaviors for six months. Also had a charge of fifth-degree assault-attempt or inflict bodily harm continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no same or similar, no disorderly or assaultive behaviors for six months.
