Martin Luther hosts Monday blood drive

The National Honor Society at Martin Luther Jr/Sr High School in Northrop is hosting an American Red Cross blood drive from 12:30-5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, in the gymnasium at the school. Arn Kind presents Vietnam history at Fairmont Library

Join library staff for a living history program with Arn Kind beginning 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont. Kind will use multimedia, props and artifacts to tell the story of the Vietnam War. There is no cost to attend and registration is not required. This program is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
