BEVQ to meet The Blue Earth Valley Quilters will meet at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 16, at Blue Earth Area (BEA) High School. The meeting will begin with introductions and show-and-tell. Our program will be Trash to Cash. This is the opportunity to clean out quilting fabric and tools, bring them to the meeting and go home with someone else’s treasures. The Barn Star quilt along group will show their blocks. The task for March is to finish the remaining blocks and assemble the quilt top in April. BE FD pancake breast The Blue Earth Fire Department Pancake Breakfast will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, at the Blue Earth Firemen’s Hall and Police Station. The menu includes pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, juice and coffee. The cost is $10 per person, $5 per child ages 12 and under and children ages five and under eat free.
