Library plans events next week Martin County Library will offer various events next week. First, meet Munchkin the Miniature Horse 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at the Fairmont Library, 110 N. Park St. in Fairmont and 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at the Truman Community Building. Munchkin is a miniature horse with dwarfism.
