Burmeisters to celebrate 50th anniversary

TRUMAN — An open house celebration to honor the 50th wedding anniversary of Dennis and Sylvia Burmeister of Truman, will be held 1-4 p.m. Saturday, July 27 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Truman. They were married July 27, 1974, in Mound, Minn.

First Congregational to sell Heavenly Delights First Congregational UCC will be selling Heavenly Delights from 5-7 p.m. tonight, July 19, outside of The Hub, 103 W. 1st St. in Fairmont. Free will donation. Part of the proceeds will help buy a pig through the Heifer Project. Church on the Lawn in East Chain “Church on the Lawn” services will be held beginning 10:30 a.m. Sunday, July 21, at East Chain Evangelical Free Church, located three miles east of the village of East Chain.
