8:29 a.m. — An ordinance violation was reported in the 1400 block of North Prairie Avenue.

8:44 a.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported at 91 Downtown Plaza.

10:13 a.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 400 block of East 9th Street. The civil issue was resolved.

10:15 a.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 300 block of Lake Aires Road.

12:05 p.m. — An animal complaint/bite was reported in the 800 block of North Main Street. Unable to locate animal in question.

12:15 p.m. — disturbance/disorderly conduct/nuisance was reported in the 700 block of East 2nd Street. A written report was issued.

3:31 p.m. — Police investigated a civil complaint in the 500 block of Home Street.

4:20 p.m. — A disabled/abandoned motor vehicle was reported at Torgerson Drive and North State Street. Assistance was rendered.

7:48 p.m. — A noise complaint (not music) was reported at 40 Downtown Plaza.

11:29 p.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the 1100 block of Spruce Street. Police cleared the call.
