Martin County Relay for Life is sponsoring a drive-through luminaria ceremony Sept. 26 at the Martin County Fairgrounds west of Fairmont.

Now more than ever, cancer patients and researchers need your help to fight cancer. Events have been suspended and donations have decreased. Funds raised through Relay for Life honor survivors and remember loved ones. They also help give cancer patients and their families the resources they need with breakthrough research, patient care programs, cancer screenings, education, prevention initiatives, and a live 24/7 helpline for answers and support at (800) 227-2345.

Contact your favorite Relay for Life team to buy luminaries, donate or for more information about the drive through. Donations also will be taken at US Bank in Fairmont. All checks should be payable to American Cancer Society. For more information, contact Marsha Williams at (507) 236-2034 or online at gjwmgw@frontiernet.net
