Driver fails to stop for stop sign — Zachary A. Koza, 20, of Circle Pines; fined $135.

Fail to yield upon entering roadway — Brian G. Boettcher, 68, of Walters; fined $135.

No insurance-owner violation — Luis A. Sanches Reyes, 74, of Mazamitla Jalisco, Mexico; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Maryann L. Hanson, 40, of Minnesota Lake; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Michael R. Johnson, 65, of Lino Lakes; fined $285.

Michael L. Mccue, 25, of Oklahoma City, Okla. had a felony charge of domestic assault-by strangulation continued for dismissal; fined $75, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, one year no assaultive behavior, no same or similar.

Conor D. Franklin, 21, of Winnebago was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40.

Kevin A. Kimm, 70, of Fairmont was convicted of reckless driving-consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution to remain open for 30 days, no misdemeanor or greater offenses, no misdemeanor moving violations. Additional charge of hit & run property damage (driver required to stop) was dismissed.

Kindra K. Kozak, 55, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Deanna J. Ellison, 22, of Chisholm was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Richard E. Jones, 42, of Buffalo was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; sentenced to jail 260 days, credit for time served 260 days, fine and surcharge is waived. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Christine A. Nayman, 61, of St. Paul had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.
