Tyler J. Murray, 31, of Ceylon was convicted of of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served two days, 45 days are to be served in jail followed by 45 days on EHM, STS may be completed when in custody, work release may be granted when on EHM, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay for and complete comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, domestic abuse evaluation and comply with all recommendations, no assaultive or disorderly behavior, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-within three years of previous conviction was dismissed.
Michael L. Schwebach, 33, of Cherokee, Iowa was convicted of third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-1000; fined $1,557.50, restitution $1,557.50, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 357 days for two years, credit for time served eight days, two years unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines or surcharges, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing.
Gannon E. Haase, ,21, of Blue Earth was convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
Daunte D. Mitchell, 20, of Fairmont had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; fined $200, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Mark L. Porter, 59, of Blue Earth was convicted of drivers license-driving restrictions-alcohol/controlled substance violations; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, cooperate with any post-sentence investigation requested, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.
April M. Rygh, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of solid waste collection/storage; fined $100, 60 days unsupervised probation, clean up property and if cleaned up within 30 days then the surcharges can be waived.
Andrea N. Stoddard Gullickson, 32, of Fairmont had a charge of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
Ashley K. Worley, 37, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $154.02, restitution $154.02, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, don’t enter the Fairmont Kwik Trip during probation period, no same or similar.
Nicholas T. Mace, 26, of Ormsby was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Also convicted of motor vehicle title-fail to mail or deliver certificate of title within specified timeframes; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30.
