Alexis Rivera Gonzalez, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 80 days for one year, credit for time served 10 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, if recommended by probation then must complete a domestic violence inventory or assessment and follow all recommendations of the assessment, no new assaultive behaviors against persons or property, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, if recommended by probation then must pay for and complete comprehensive assessment, must sign all releases, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.
Nicholas A. O’Brien, 31, of Dunnell was convicted of driving after revovation; fined $285, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle after drivers license cancellation, revocation or suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days. Additional charge of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use, was dismissed.
