Santos Perez Ponce, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, remain law-abiding. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, vehicle lighting-lights need to be displayed at sunrise and sunset, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, open bottle law-possession, and driving without a valid license endorsement for vehicle drive, were all dismissed.

Anthony C. Schultz, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day. Also convicted on a separate charge of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day. Additional charges of no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Encarnacion Perez Perez, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.

Aaron B. Rogers, 40, of Fargo, N.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $85, sentenced to jail 24 days, credit for time served 24 days. Additional charge of no motorcycle endorsement (must have with) was dismissed.
