Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, vehicle lighting-lights need to be displayed at sunrise and sunset, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, open bottle law-possession, and driving without a valid license endorsement for vehicle drive, were all dismissed.
Anthony C. Schultz, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day. Also convicted on a separate charge of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day. Additional charges of no proof of motor vehicle insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.
Encarnacion Perez Perez, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.
Aaron B. Rogers, 40, of Fargo, N.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $85, sentenced to jail 24 days, credit for time served 24 days. Additional charge of no motorcycle endorsement (must have with) was dismissed.
